How much to print or embroider a
shirt?
There are many variables that need to be
defined before we can quote a price. How many shirts? What
type and brand of shirt? For print, how many colors? One
side of the shirt or front and back? Is your artwork
prepared? Camera ready? Color separated? For embroidery,
will you be using stock designs or will we be digitizing
your logo? Size? Stitch count? Although all these questions
need to be answered, it is not difficult to quickly address
these questions.

What will the set up costs
be?
For print, is your design ready and clear? Do we need to
create it? The cleaner you present the design to us the less
the art charge. Screen charges are $20 per color.
For embroidery, will you be using one of our thousands of
stock designs? (no charge) Is it just text using one of our
fonts? (no charge) Do we need to order a design? (charge
based on size and stitch count-see catalog) Will we be
digitizing your logo? Please note that a clear logo on a
disk is not a stitch file. Digitizing is a process unique to
the embroidery industry. A digitizer needs to translate your
image into a language the embroidery machines understand and
can sew. Digitizing charges are $30 per hour and vary with
the complexity of your logo. There is no charge to quote a
set up price once we see your logo. Set up charges are, of
course, a one time charge. IMPORTANT : If you have paid for
digitizing or screens from somewhere in the past, ask to
have your disk or films and eliminate set up costs. You paid
for them, they are yours.
How long does it take?
This will again depend upon the size and difficulty of your
order. We can sometimes quickly "squeeze in" an order, or we
may be backed up finishing another large order. We pride
ourselves on delivering on time 100% of the time, and do not
want to promise a delivery date we cannot meet. We will
discuss your needs and deadlines as we review and set up
your order.
Sample question:
How much would it cost to have this design
(design in hand), on 50 navy blue Fruit of the
Loom T-shirts, one color, full size front?
Answer: $10 set up and $7 a shirt.
